Hemp fiber is the softest of various hemp fibers, and its fineness is only one-third of ramie, which is comparable to cotton fiber. Therefore, hemp textiles are soft and fit, and can avoid the itchy and rough feeling of other hemp textiles without special treatment.

Taking hemp canvas as an example, tested by the National Textile Quality Supervision, Inspection and Testing Center, its moisture absorption rate reaches 243mg/min, and its moisture dissipation efficiency is as high as 12.6mg/min. According to estimates, compared with cotton fabrics, wearing hemp clothing can make the human body feel about 5 degrees lower in temperature, and it is cooler than chemical fiber fabrics.
